The business was started by Kathleen Harding during 2009 after she qualified and attained her diploma as an Ethno Health Care Practitioner through the Natural Healers Association and also subsequently acquired her Practice number through the Traditional Healers Association in 2012. The practice previously operated under the name of “Health & Detox Centre” before it recently changed its trading name to “BEE Active Health Shop”. The business has operated in Kimberley since 2009, during this time operated a mobile unit that visited and treated people in Boshoff, Douglas, and Delpoortshoop. Due to increasing fuel costs such mobile unit was discontinued.
Kathleen has undergone extensive training and research in alternative healing processes specifically through the use of the Karnak Sensor which scans the body and determines the areas within the body where negative energy is evidenced, and then assists with the use of frequencies and natural supplements in the detoxification, weight loss and regeneration of positive energy which assists in the healing processes of the body.
Her studies and research has proven that more and more people are becoming addicted to various chemical substances which are available and used for ailments and dis-eases, which are on the increase due to our way of life, and which can easily be considered to be modern day plagues. We are living in an era where stress levels are escalating out of control, diseases and general health is deteriorating and obesity is increasing and taking its toll both globally, and now even closer to home, in South Africa.
The need to feed the ever increasing population is leading to the animals being “force fed” to speed up their growth process, and vegetables and fruits are being sprayed by farmers with chemicals to kill insects that threaten their harvest. The air we breathe and water we drink is becoming contaminated and this is all having a negative effect on our general way of life and health conditions.
We at Bee Active Health Shop are passionate about helping people who need to know that there is hope, and that they can again strive to lead a healthy and balanced life.
