Pro Build SA was established with the sole purpose of making building a house, building services or home builders or buying a new house an enjoyable experience. It originates from my own nightmarish experience in building homes using contractors. Building houses is not difficult and need not be a painful and wasteful experience.
We have 20 years’ experience in Residential Estate Building in Gauteng (Dainfern, Dainfern Valley, Stone River Estate, Eye of Africa, Cedar Lakes, Carlswald, Blue Valley, etc.) and extensively in the Western Cape (Stellenbosch, Hermanus, De Kelders, Romansbaai, etc.)
Our low risk and TRANSPARENT project management system is tailor-made for residential home building and construction.
We provide a holistic package, inclusive of all aspects involved in residential building, design and construction, all tailored to each clients’ individual budget and requirements. We facilitate a process where our clients determine their own cost /m2 depending their budget with our assistance.
WE DO IT ALL
Pre-Construction
This phase includes providing detailed information and guidance while building a house, helping home builders through close personal interaction with our clients. We facilitate and advise on the process, and building services planning and budgets to ensure the lowest costs, create a framework to stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Construction
Working with trusted labour, subcontractors and other professionals in building a house, building services in a detailed project management plan, we keep all role players accountable to home builders throughout the entire build. From sequence to production, cost and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site clean-up, systems check, final inspections and move-in coordination. For home builders building a house, the final phase of building services is near. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction. Project cost, quality management and legislative compliance are finalized with the client.
