Roof Rats is a ceiling vacuuming and roof cleaning service, as well as an animal control service that will go into any roof and ceiling to vacuum and remove the dirt, faeces, nests and carcasses of unwanted residents. We take out rat, bird and bat droppings, carcasses, nests, breeding places and dust.
- By cleaning the roof of the building, and having a ceiling vacuum, you are removing a major attractant for “new” rats
- By cleaning inside and vacuuming the ceiling you are also removing any rat breeding and living areas
- You are also removing a possible source of disease. The old droppings eventually break down to form dust, and this dust will enter your house via the light fittings, cracks and joins in the ceiling, next to the walls – carrying all the bacteria with it. You are in effect inhaling old rat faeces
- Rat breeding areas are also sources of a House Dust Mite infestation
